Ce livre est la première monographie de l’artiste. Laure Tiberghien s’intéresse à la dimension plastique de la photographie et explore le caractère inventif de ce médium. L’artiste Française a mis au point un processus faisant l’économie de l’appareil et s’inscrit ainsi dans un courant d’expérimentation de l’histoire de la photographie marqué entre autres par les cyanotypes d’Anna Atkins ou les Rayogrammes de Man Ray.

This book is the artist's first monograph. Laure Tiberghien is interested in the plastic dimension of photography and explores the inventive nature of this medium. The French artist has developed a process that makes no use of the camera, and is thus part of a trend of experimentation in the history of photography marked by Anna Atkins' cyanotypes and Man Ray's Rayograms, among others.
